Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing our car. We needed major body work after a distracted driver pulled out and collided with the side of our car. Fortunately, their insurance coverage was good and Caliber treated us well. Given the extent of the damage, Caliber estimated a 3-4 week repair time frame. We were pleased to pick up our beautifully repaired car after just 2 weeks. Caliber was fast and accurate in processing our paperwork for check in and check out. The quoted cost was reasonable given the extensive damage. The final bill was as quoted, with no surprises. They are located on Washington Avenue and have convenient hours.

Went last week and had a great experience! Amanda at the front desk was wonderful. I also got the chance to speak with the manager, who was super friendly and welcoming. My service advisor, Ekaterina, was awesome and helped me through the entire process without any headaches. Great customer service all around. Would definitely recommend!

Caliber is awesome. The staff is super friendly and the text updates were helpful. I liked that the updates weren’t just automated and that we could chat to coordinate things. They were so flexible throughout the process and seemed very customer first. The vehicle was returned to me fully detailed inside and out which felt above and beyond. They even patched a tire for me which wasn’t part of my initial claim.

We took a 40k mile Lexus LS for a routine hail damage repair and this shop ended up causing permanent damage to the vehicle. On receipt of the finished repair, they gave us the car with a broken engine filter housing and missing filter, as well as a battery that wasn’t connected. The car ended up stranding us due to the battery not being connected (the lugs were simply sitting on the terminals without being torqued). Innumerable other issues such as dozens of loose trim pieces and panel gaps, over sprayed paint, seat ECU errors, gouged leather, scratched wooden inlay, missing emblems, etc.. Anything related to the fit of the headliner has been problematic, like auto seatbelt height adjusters which are now noisy, vanity mirrors not working correctly, as well as many other items that I had to track down and document. The headliner was roughed up so badly that it was not able to be fixed. Communication was poor and unclear from the beginning. When I picked up the car, they argued about the quality of this work.

My experience with this location was a little rocky due to my personal circumstances but this location repaired my car to the upmost level of completion. I am satisfied with the results and my door and window are intact and fixed! My car was cleaned from the inside out, super shiny and sleek! So glad it was ahead of schedule! I recommend this Caliber Collision for all in the area, lesson learned I will pay extra for a rental.! lol Thank you to all that worked on my vehicle & I appreciate you all.
